1. Place the disc flat in a tray or pot with good drainage.

2. Slowly pour warm water over the disc. Avoid water running off.

3. Let the disc sit for 30-40 minutes to fully absorb the water and expand.

4. Once expanded, gently break it apart with your hands until it's light and spongy.

5. Pro Tip: Warmer water helps the disc expand faster and easier, but do not use hot water over 100°F (38°C).

6. You can also place the disc directly into a pot and add your desired amount of water.
