Keep Dry: Store the discs flat in a dry, ventilated spot until you are ready to hydrate them.
Sealed Pack: Keep unused discs in their sealed pack so they do not take up moisture from the air.
After Hydration: Use hydrated discs the same day, or keep them in a covered tray for a few days at most.
Sunlight: Avoid storing dry discs in direct hot sunlight.

Lay The Disc Flat

Place the disc in a pot or tray that drains well.

Add Warm Water

Pour warm water slowly over the disc, letting it soak in without running off. Never use water above 100°F.

Wait 30 – 40 Minutes

Leave the disc to absorb fully. Warmer water expands it faster.

Break Apart & Sow

Break the coir up with your hands until light and spongy, then sow seeds or set your cutting.

Coco Coir Discs Application Instructions:

For Seed Starting: Place the coco disc in a pot or tray with good drainage. Slowly pour warm water over the disc until it fully expands. Then fluff the coir with your hands and fill your seed tray or pots. Plant seeds as directed on the seed packet.

For Gardening & Pots: Use the expanded coir as a soil base or mix it with other potting media. It supports good drainage and helps roots breathe.
